Our Free Pet Food Delivery Service covers mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

We can also deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands (for an additional cost).

Unfortunately we do not cover any part of Ireland. 

 



Free Tracked Courier Delivery 

Our Courier Delivery Service covers all postcodes throughout England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
  • We advise you to provide us with your mobile phone number when ordering, in case the courier decides to send you a text message on the progress of your delivery or needs to contact you in case of any difficulties that may arise.  
  • It's advisable to install the DPD app to get more accurate updates on the progress of your pet food order. 

⭐Couriers can deliver to your place of work too⭐

Please note that our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday, although occasionally weekend deliveries are made. 
Weekend deliveries can be made, depending on whether the courier decides this is necessary or not and this is something we have no control over.

* You will usually receive your delivery between 1-2 working days of your order being placed. Please allow extra time for weekends, public holidays, bad weather, busy periods, courier delays and issues etc, which we cannot be held responsible for.

    ** Due to the nature of online shopping, especially with regards to ordering pet food, we advise all customers to ensure you have enough pet food to last for at least 7 days, before you place your next order, in case any delays to the arrival of your order occurring.

    Out of Hours Local Delivery

    Local customers can have their pet food delivered outside of normal working hours and throughout the whole weekend by ourselves, subject to negotiation.
    ⭐We can deliver to your place of work too⭐
    Please contact us to discuss your requirements beforehand. 
    We cover the surrounding areas of Southend, which currently include addresses that start with SS1, SS2 and SS3 within the postcode.
